What You’ll Do:
You’ll be responsible for full-function accounting for a diverse client base, including:
- Preparing monthly management accounts
- Handling VAT, payroll, income tax, and provisional tax submissions
- Managing SARS disputes, e-filing, and CIPC compliance
- Compiling financial statements using Caseware
- Supporting the Director with strategic financial reporting and improvements
- Staying current on regulatory updates and driving process efficiencies
What You’ll Bring:
- SAIPA registration (preferred) with completed articles
- A completed accounting degree
- Experience across the full accounting function (VAT, Payroll, Tax, Statutory Compliance, AFS)
- Strong proficiency in Xero, Caseware, Simplepay, and Microsoft Office
- Your own reliable transport
- Afrikaans as a home language (preferred for client and team interactions)
- A calm, confident presence under pressure and the ability to juggle priorities effectively
