Job Title: SAICA Trainee Accountant (Clerk)Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape
Hire Resolve's Client is seeking to Hire a SAICA Trainee Accountant to join their team in Stellenbosch. It is a reputable firm in Stellenbosch is seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join their SAICA Training Programme. As a SAICA Trainee Accountant, you will be part of a dynamic audit team, gain valuable practical experience, and work towards qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)).
Minimum Requirements:
- South African citizen
- Completed Matric/NSC Certificate with strong academic results
- Studying towards or completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting / CTA (essential for signing off articles)
- Intention to pursue or currently enrolled in a SAICA-accredited CA(SA) qualification path
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Deadline-driven and able to work in a team and independently
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the execution of audit engagements for a broad range of clients
- Perform audit fieldwork and prepare working papers
- Engage in accounting and taxation tasks under supervision
- Prepare audit reports and assist in the completion of statutory requirements
- Collaborate with managers and partners for training and mentorship
