About the position

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Conducting audits of financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes under the guidance of senior auditors.
• Participating in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making.
• Assisting in tax compliance and advisory services, including tax planning, preparation of tax returns, and liaising with tax authorities.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support clients in achieving their business objectives.
• Keeping abreast of changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Currently enrolled in or completed CTA program.
• Pursuing CA(SA) qualification.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
