As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will work within a growing marketing team under the
guidance and management of the Senior Marketing Manager. Your primary role will be to
enhance THE COMPANIES online brand presence through various digital strategies. You will
support initiatives aimed at increasing inbound lead generation and accelerating the
sales pipeline, collaborating across departments to execute and optimise digital
campaigns, manage social media channels, and contribute to the success of marketing
efforts that drive growth for the business.
Digital Advertising:
? Assist the marketing team in writing, launching, and optimising digital ads aimed at
? Maintaining a clean and opted-in database in HubSpot by updating company
and contact details as needed.
? Writing and designing email marketing templates in HubSpot.
? Pulling targeted email marketing lists in HubSpot.
? Assistance in writing industry-relevant blog content, e-guides, email content, and
customer case studies.
? Assisting with the design of event elements; business cards, flyers, posters, and gift
cards in line with ShareForce's corporate brand design and messaging.
? Event project management and planning.
? Content planning.
? Organic social media posting on LinkedIn.
? Uploading new content to ShareForce's website (hosted on WordPress).
? Liaising with ShareForce's web agency to maintain, update and optimise the
business website.
? Under-graduate degree in marketing (or similar).
? 2-4 years of marketing experience.
? Experience working within a B2B business (SaaS industry beneficial).
? Experience working with a marketing automation tool (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign,
Marketo, SharpSpring, Pardot).
? Basic design (Canva or similar).
? Experience in Google Suite management (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google
Search Console, Google Tag Manager).
? Experience using LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
? Experience with SEO and paid media.
