RPA Developer

About the position

A reputable client based in Durban North is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join their growing automation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that enhance business processes and efficiency. This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong technical development skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively on projects.

Key Requirements:

• 3-4+ years' experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development - this is essential
• Hands-on experience with one or more RPA tools: UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, or WorkFusion
• 3-4+ years' development experience in C#, HTML, JavaScript, with good SQL skills preferred
• Excellent work ethic and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage own tasks effectively without supervision
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• A team player who can collaborate effectively when needed
• Preferably have own transport
• Must be Durban-based
• Willingness to travel occasionally within South Africa (not extensive)
