Your duties will include collaborating with various stakeholders, providing training and support, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and Finance, with expertise in ERP systems such as SAP. ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
· In-depth Process & Accounting Knowledge.
· Change - & Project Management.
· Excellent and articulate communicator.
· Ability to influence and engage with authority.
· Strong business acumen.
· In-depth understanding of and prior experience in financial accounting areas, e.g., Accounts Receivable, Asset and Investment accounting, Cost Accounting, etc.
· In-depth understanding of Master Data with experience on master data governance.
· SAP experience in Master Data.
· Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
· Experience in global SAP template rollouts
· IT Knowledge on tools other than SAP
· Agile methodology experience
· German speaking
WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE?
· BCOM in Accounting
· Post graduate degree or certification.
· Chartered Accountant or MBA (advantageous).
