About the position

Position: Revit Modeller
Location: Durban
Salary: Open and negotiable based on experience and expertise

Responsibilities: 

  • Create and manage complex 3D models using Revit.
  • Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models across disciplines.
  • Ensure accurate detailing and documentation for project delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with architects and engineers to ensure design intent is met.
  • Support project teams with technical expertise in Revit and BIM processes.
Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Revit modelling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and 3D modelling.
  • Ability to coordinate models with architects and other professionals (beyond 2D CAD).
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in the built environment, ideally with exposure to multidisciplinary projects
