Returns Administrator at Makro Germiston

About the position

The Back Returns Adminstrator will be responsible for arranging returns of merchandise to suppliers to receive creditt from the supplier

• Document reasons for returning goods to suppliers
• Liaise and understand multiple supplier return policy and follow such procedures
• ensure the correct documention is utilized in order for the correct returned process to unfold
• Carried out all relevant admin functions regarding the Back Returns.
• Ensure all documents has been issued to dispatch and receiving regarding returns
• Liaise professionally with suppliers regarding the returns of goods to them
• Explain clearly to suppliers the reasons for returning goods and ensure the relavant is paperwork is completed for such returns
• Explain clearly to repair agents regarding the delievery of goods to be repaired and ensure all paperwork required by repair agents are processed
• Demostrate consistant application of internal policies and procedures regarding shrinkage.
