Our team is looking for looking for a dynamic retention specialist to help us retain our customer base. The successful candidate's duty will be dealing directly with customers to find out what challenges they are facing, and how we may improve our services and value proposition to retain their business and possibly generate further opportunities.
A successful retention specialist has a persuasive attitude, excellent customer relationship skills, and a passion for sales and business development.
Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers and sales representatives and other stake holders within the VP.
• Analyzing customer behavior and Identifying industry trends.
• Gathering information about customer complaints and concerns.
• Developing proactive and reactive retention strategies based on feedback and industry trends.
• Negotiating with customers to renew contracts, retain business and possibly develop new business.
• Educating the sales force on customer retention solutions.
• Reporting on Industry and client-based trends.
• Building positive relationships with customers and other stake holders.

Requirements:

• 3> Retentions experience in Merchant services, payment systems / VAS and merchant acquiring.
• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing - preferable.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Advanced communication, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills.
