About the position
An opportunity has become available for a Bank Service Consultant based in Sandown, Johannesburg. With emphasis on the retention of the Banks clients the succssful candidate would also enhance sales where the opportunity arose. A strong client services background from the Banking industry is a great advantage as is an understanding of ATM's and Money Vaults Purpose of the position Developing business growth opportunities by actioning the strategic goals of the Duties and Responsibilities but not limited: ? Conduct monthly visits of your bank base Monthly meetings with Bank sales specialist ? Train the client on the current escalation process on the below ? ? Customer service and or banking qualifications are advantageous.
? 3 or more years' experience in similar role.
? Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types
of customers and clients.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
? South African Drivers' License and own vehicle
