About the position

We are looking for an experienced and driven Store Manager to take full ownership of a high-performing retail store.

The role is responsible for driving sales, leading and developing the team, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations. You will manage targets, stock control, visual standards, cash handling, and overall store performance while maintaining a positive and motivated team environment.

Key requirements:

  • Matric (tertiary retail or commerce qualification advantageous)

  • Proven retail sales experience

  • Previous store or team management experience preferred

  • Strong leadership, customer focus, and operational skills

  • Target-driven with a hands-on management style
