RETAIL STORE ADMINISTRATOR at SNWB

About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that our Front of House (FOH) team can focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, while all operational and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead and oversee all administrative tasks related to FOH operations
• Ensure proper completion of standard operating procedures and protocols
• Assist in creating, refining, and implementing new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and consistency
• Review and verify daily opening and closing duties
• Check and process guest tickets correctly and efficiently
• Ensure fines issued to staff are signed and processed in line with company policy
• Maintain accurate and complete attendance records
• Review and correct all operational documentation before submission
• Guide and support FOH staff in completing their administrative duties correctly
• Work closely with the Assistant Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience in administration or operations support
• Minimum 3 years administration experience
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to lead, guide, and train staff in administrative processes
• Experience in developing and implementing SOPs
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative tools
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
