About the position
An exciting opportunity exists for a Sales Representative with experience calling on the retail sector. Hardware retail sales experience will secure.
You will manage the retail sales function of allocated customers in supporting, co-coordinating and ensuring effective communication with the Retail Sales Manager, agents and internal sales staff to ensure sales outputs are achieved
Hardware retail experience will secure.
Reporting back after visits to retail customers.
Attend all relevant meetings
Customer visits as per planned schedule to retail group head office.
Ensure quality complaints are dealt with speedily by providing customers with relevant feedback assistance.
Follow up on quotes, special promos, price queries, price change notification
Ensure that all customer visits are planned and monitored and feedback given
Price increase applications
Carry out all relevant administration work as required.
Sales reports produced on time on lost Unit Sales by Customer and product
Competitor information reporting
Weekly call sheet reporting
Ensuring successful promotions, shows and expos are planned, executed and followed up.
Relevant product training to new and existing customers.
Tracking of stores and customers progress during the year and providing feedback to National Sales Manager
Prioritising action on sales lost and demonstrate the ability to rectify the situation.
Sales analysis with customers and planning
Backorder monitoring and resolving problems.
Resolving delivery queries with despatch
Competitor activity/scorecards
