An established business college is looking for three motivated Retail Sales Agents who can help prospective learners choose qualifications suited to their goals—and bring the drive and follow-through needed to achieve monthly sales targets.
What you’ll get involved in
- Connect with prospective learners through inbound and outbound calls and across digital platforms.
- Understand their needs, explain their options and guide them towards a suitable qualification.
- Generate your own leads, pursue new business and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Keep accurate CRM records, manage follow-ups and contribute to sales reporting.
- Assist with account enquiries, payment follow-ups, invoices and credit notes.
- Help develop and implement marketing strategies that grow awareness, engagement and enquiries.
- Review online course content for quality and consistency.
- Work closely with the team to keep service standards high and sales activity moving.
What you’ll bring
- A Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
- Proven frontline customer service experience and a strong focus on the customer.
- Confidence using digital platforms, Microsoft Office and business software.
- Clear, engaging communication, professional telephone etiquette and strong presentation skills.
- The initiative to find opportunities, solve problems creatively and follow through.
- Good organisation, effective time management and a sense of urgency.
You’ll fit in well if you’re approachable, resourceful and reliable, enjoy working with others, and can keep your focus when the pressure picks up.
The practical details
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00; overtime when required.
- Salary: To be discussed.
- Reports to: Marketing & Sales Manager.
- Start date: As soon as possible.
- Selection process: Two interviews.
