Retail Portfolio Property Manager/Small Business

R99 000 - R110 000ctc

This role will report to the Retail Executive and will form part of the broader Retail team. This role will cover the Small Businesses portfolio of the business. Experience: up to 8+ years' experience in roles related to business management, property management, or small business support, preferably in a retail and hospitality environment

Must have good relationship management both internally and externally. The successful candidate will be responsible for roughly 200 SMME's/ tenants which falls under this portfolio, the candidate should have a demeanour of grooming and guiding start-ups, also needs to have a strong enterprise development background with a solid finance understanding in order to guide these tenants on budgeting, advising on financials, how to better profits etc.

Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree in business Admin, Entrepreneurship, Management. MBA Advantageous.
