Are you a strong, confident and highly organised retail professional with excellent administration skills?
This role requires a confident, resilient and hands-on individual who can take charge, maintain structure, and represent the business professionally.
A well-established retail business in the Kraaifontein area is looking for a hands-on Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of two busy retail stores. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership, and has the confidence to manage staff, administration and customer interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of two retail stores
- Stock control, ordering, stocktakes and system capturing
- Daily cash-ups and reconciliations
- Capturing and maintaining financial data
- Staff supervision and team management
- Handling customer and staff-related matters professionally
- General administration and ad hoc duties
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
- Matric Certificate
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (non-negotiable)
- Good numeracy and administrative ability
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail and/or administrative environment
- Stable work history with proven tenure in previous roles
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
- Must reside in the Northern Suburbs
- Well-presented with excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership ability and confidence in managing difficult situations
- Clear criminal record
