You'll establish and lead a growing retail distribution function, developing and executing a strategy to attract and service financial advisers while growing assets under management. Your role will involve building strong relationships with IFAs, wealth managers and institutional partners, presenting investment solutions, managing asset flows and supporting clients with queries and administration. You'll coordinate events, maintain CRM data, monitor industry trends and competitors, attend industry forums and work closely with senior leadership to support growth, compliance and strategic expansion.

You'll be degree qualified, with 6+ years' experience in financial services, ideally in retail distribution. Strong capital markets knowledge is essential, along with proven experience marketing investment products to advisers. An RE5 is required, while CFA, CFP or Investment Honours will be highly advantageous. You'll be a confident presenter with strong sales ability, relationship management skills and commercial insight. Being fluent in Afrikaans is highly advantageous.
A market-related package, national exposure, hybrid working (with core office days), and the opportunity to build and lead a key growth function within a respected, performance-driven business. This is a newly created role so you get to own and build the function within the business.
