You'll coordinate all aspects of client compliance and onboarding, ensuring due diligence, KYC, and FICA requirements are meticulously handled for individuals, trusts, and companies. From maintaining clean client records to supporting audits, managing advice documentation, and overseeing service-related queries, you'll keep processes watertight and clients happy. You'll collaborate with advisors, compliance leads, and service providers to uphold quality and regulatory standards while driving efficiency across systems and operations.
You'll join a small, well-respected, independent financial services firm known for its high standards, forward-thinking culture, and commitment to client excellence. You'll bring at least five years of administrative or operational experience, including three years in the wealth, asset management, or life/investments space. You're confident handling FICA, KYC, onboarding, and regulatory documentation, and have a solid grasp of advice operations in financial services. Advanced Microsoft 365 skills are essential, and exposure to CRM systems and FAIS/FSCA regulations will be a bonus. RE5 or an NQF5 in Financial Planning would be advantageous. Only candidates currently residing in Cape Town can be considered.
