Duties:

  • Co-manage the daily operations of the fine dining restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery

  • Deliver personalised guest service and uphold exceptional food, beverage, and service standards

  • Drive restaurant sales through effective management and innovative revenue initiatives

  • Assist with menu planning, development, and staff training on menu knowledge and sales techniques

  • Lead, motivate, and develop staff, promoting engagement and staff retention

  • Oversee recruitment, performance management, and employee development

  • Manage stock control, inventory, and maintain hygiene standards

  • Oversee reservations, restaurant presentation, and operational standards

  • Supervise large teams and manage the restaurant's financial performance with strong commercial awareness

  • Utilise Micros POS, Speed Point machines, and Microsoft 365 applications effectively

  • Maintain extensive knowledge of food, beverages, wines, and spirits, staying current with industry trends

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry

  • Proven leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Strong sales and operational management experience

  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and fine dining standards

  • Proficiency in Opera and POS systems

  • Ability to work independently and maintain operational excellence

  • Flexibility to work shifts as required
