Duties:
- Co-manage the daily operations of the fine dining restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Deliver personalised guest service and uphold exceptional food, beverage, and service standards
- Drive restaurant sales through effective management and innovative revenue initiatives
- Assist with menu planning, development, and staff training on menu knowledge and sales techniques
- Lead, motivate, and develop staff, promoting engagement and staff retention
- Oversee recruitment, performance management, and employee development
- Manage stock control, inventory, and maintain hygiene standards
- Oversee reservations, restaurant presentation, and operational standards
- Supervise large teams and manage the restaurant's financial performance with strong commercial awareness
- Utilise Micros POS, Speed Point machines, and Microsoft 365 applications effectively
- Maintain extensive knowledge of food, beverages, wines, and spirits, staying current with industry trends
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong sales and operational management experience
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and fine dining standards
- Proficiency in Opera and POS systems
- Ability to work independently and maintain operational excellence
- Flexibility to work shifts as required
