About the position
Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Resident Development Manager in Cape Town.
Key Requirements:
- 5-7 years experience in high end residential development
- Degree in Property Management, Construction Management or similar
- Commercially minded, with a strong focus on identifying land and development opportunities
- Experience with council processes, proposals, pre-groundbreaking requirements, zoning, etc.
- Ideally come from a Property / Real Estate background
- Permanent role
