An established and growing tour operator based in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Reservation Travel Consultant to join their friendly and fast-paced team.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process bookings for tours and transfers
- Prepare accurate quotes, itineraries, invoices, and vouchers
- Liaise professionally with clients, guides, hotels, and suppliers
- Schedule vehicles and allocate staff for transfers and tours
- Coordinate restaurant, activity, and accommodation bookings
- Prepare welcome packs and ensure all travel documentation is correct
- Manage communication via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Assist with office administration, petty cash handling, and scheduling
Our Required Expertise:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a travel, tour operator, or reservation role
- Excellent knowledge of Cape Town's hotels, attractions, and travel logistics
- Strong multitasking, organisational, and time management skills
- Based in Cape Town with reliable own transport
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A degree or diploma in Tourism or Hospitality is advantageous
- Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) will be beneficial
- Flexibility to work shift-based hours (07h00-16h00 or 10h00-19h00)
- Willingness to work occasional weekends (1-2 weekends per month)
