About the position

Postion Summary:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our International Grants and Partnerships unit as Research Management Coordinator: Impact Assessment and Strategic Learning proframme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage funding instruments and initiatives aimed at supporting international science networks
  • Identify funding opportunities and assist the manager in developing grant proposals to secure financial support for science network projects
  • Build and maintain relationships with international partners, stakeholders, and funding agencies to advance science network initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of funded projects, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and reporting standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate activities for science network projects
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and development of new funding strategies to enhance international science collaboration

Minimum Qualification:
  • Bachelors Degree / Advanced Diploma / NQF 7

Minimum Experience:
  • 2-5 years

  • Proven experience in grant writing, project management, and funding implementation, preferably in an international context
