The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the world of recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to learn the fundamentals of talent acquisition, with a particular focus on understanding and utilizing AI tools and platforms to identify top talent.

What You'll Learn and Do:

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Learn how to leverage various online platforms, including LinkedIn, PNet, and CareerJunction, to identify potential candidates.
• Develop skills in utilizing AI-powered algorithms and tools to effectively source and match candidates to specific job requirements.
• Conduct thorough research to build candidate pipelines for various roles.
• Assist with the initial screening and assessment of candidates.
• Develop your communication skills through interaction with candidates and team members.
• Maintain organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Contribute to creating a positive and efficient recruitment process.

What We're Looking For:

• A recent graduate with a strong academic record.
• A genuine interest in the field of recruitment and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
• A demonstrable interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its application in business processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Fourways area.
