About the position

Our client in westmead is looking for a Research & development technologist.

The strategic goal of the position is to guide and assist the development team in addition to conduct product development & proactive innovation, ensuring food safety, quality and regulatory compliance in addition to project management principles and driving product life cycle management

Key requirements 

• Development experience ( baking preferred)
• BSC food science / diploma in food technology 
• SACB certificate in theory of baking
• Regulatory compliance knowlegde
