Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct Research to Improve existing Products or
Develop New Ones
Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams to
execute R&D projects
Analyze Data and trends to provide insights for
Product enhancement
Ensure Compliance with Industry Regulations and
Quality Standards
Identify opportunities for Process optimization
and Cost Reduction
Support the Development of Prototypes and
conduct Product Testing
