We're looking for a motivated Student Rental Support Administrator to join our team and support the day-to-day coordination of vehicle rental operations, customer deliveries, logistics, and administration. This role offers valuable hands-on experience across a variety of business functions while helping you build practical skills in operations, customer service, and business support.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting quarterly rental pricing activities
- Assisting with vehicle stock management
- Processing customer orders, wholesaling, and invoicing
- Updating rental tracking spreadsheets with monthly rental orders
- Coordinating vehicle Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) and tracking vehicle status
- Arranging vehicle movements between distribution centres, retailers, and customers
- Coordinating licensing and vehicle registrations
- Managing delivery schedules and logistics with transport providers
- Tracking carrier capacity and monitoring vehicle movements
- Obtaining Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation
- Maintaining accurate records for quarterly audits
- Processing vehicle retailing upon customer delivery
- Updating financial services delivery information for contract activation
- Responding to general customer rental enquiries
- Assisting with monthly reporting
- Supporting ISO compliance and quality documentation
- Assisting with storeroom management and monthly inventory checks
- Providing general office and administrative support
RequirementsMinimum Qualifications
- National Diploma or Degree in:
- Administration
- Finance

- Marketing
- Or a related field
