? Strong understanding of credit assessment and financial statement analysis.
? Knowledge of banking products, lending principles, and risk management.
? Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office.
? Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites where required.
