We're partnering with a leading Pharmaceutical company renowned for its high-quality generic products and commitment to regulatory excellence. This dynamic role is ideal for a Pharmacist with a passion for compliance, quality assurance, and the intricate world of pharmaceutical artwork and promotional approvals.

??Key Responsibilities Include:
?Ensure regulatory compliance of all promotional material and packaging
?Approve artwork per statutory regulations (strong command of English & Afrikaans required)
?Ensure marketing activities align with SAHPRA, Act 101 of 1965, Foodstuff & Cosmetics Act, and Trade & Metrology Act
?Oversee the regulatory approval process for samples, events, and marketing materials
?Drive continuous improvement in SOPs and compliance training
?Facilitate Marketing Code of Practice training and ensure MCA certification

??Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor of Pharmacy, SAPC registered
Experience in Generic Pharma marketing
Prior exposure to Regulatory Affairs or related fields
Minimum 2 years' experience with artwork and promotional material approvals
