LetsLink Medical Recruitment Agency is assisting a Homecare company based in Qatar to recruit a Registered Nurse.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Nursing.
- At least 2 years of experience after licensing.
- SANC registered.
Job Summary:
- The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care and is responsible in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patients who are in their home or clinical setting.
Key responsibilities & accountabilities:
- Assesses, identifies, and develops individualized and age-appropriate patient care plans based on the acuity level of the patient.
- Provides skilled safe, holistic, and culturally competent, person-centred nursing care to patients, families, community, and society, in collaboration with multi-disciplinary team.
- Monitoring client's vital signs & Assesses patients' holistic needs.
- Administer oral medications and subcutaneous medications while maintaining medication administration safety.
- Work collaboratively with the physician, staff nurses, and other members of the healthcare team form affiliating institutions.
- Ensure client safety.
- Perform different nursing procedures, as necessary.
- Plan, implement and evaluate nursing care plans.
- Provide client and family education.
- Implement and maintain infection control.
- Document nursing care, medications, treatment, and procedures using the company's Nurse's Buddy application.
- Attend refresher training course, seminars, and trainings.
- Perform other tasks as assigned and or needed.
