About the position

Our client is seeking to contract a Regional Sales Manager, in Ibadan, Oryo State, Nigeria. 

Job Description

  • The Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for achieving business objectives in the defined region, by execution of strategy action plans through distribution channels and partnerships, while in compliance with the customer’s global policy.
  • Collaborate & manage each distributor or Strategic/Key Accounts in his/her responsibility to establish a safety stock level and increase sell-out performance according to the business needs.
  • Management of sales campaigns, sell-in agreements, sell-out agreements, free goods, cash collection, stock levels.
  • Collecting the necessary market intelligence about the market trends
  • Extensive travel across Nigeria required
Criteria for the selection:

  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine (B.Vet.Med, BVSc) or /Agricultural Engineering or Business Management, Biological Sciences, or equivalent, preferable.
  • Master Degree in Business Administration optional.
