About the position

?? We're hiring: Regional Sales Manager

An established financial services provider is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead its dealer services division. Based in Bryanston, this role reports to the Head of Sales and plays a pivotal part in driving business development and sales strategy across the region.

Role Purpose
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for growing the dealer network, achieving ambitious sales targets, and ensuring the effective rollout of regional strategies. The role requires strong leadership, an established network in the motor dealer industry, and the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
?? Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed regional business targets
?? Build and maintain strong relationships with motor dealers and industry stakeholders
?? Lead and manage Dealer Sales Consultants, ensuring performance excellence
?? Drive network growth and implement dealer initiatives to maximise opportunities
?? Ensure compliance with regulations and uphold governance standards
?? Monitor financial performance, budgets, and sales forecasts for the region
?? Act as a role model of integrity, accountability, and customer-centric leadership

Qualifications & Experience
? Matric (post-matric qualifications advantageous)
? Minimum 7 years in a senior sales leadership role (insurance, motor, or dealer services advantageous)
? Extensive experience engaging with executives, managers, and stakeholders
? Strong leadership skills with proven delivery in prior roles
? Established network of dealer relationships within the Inland Region
? Knowledge of vehicle warranties, service plans, and related products
