Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development and execution of the regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed business plan targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a regional sales team, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including motor dealerships and industry partners.
- Drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities within the designated region.
- Provide strategic advice and insightful reporting to senior leadership on market trends, sales performance, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and best practices in corporate governance.
- Manage regional resources effectively, including talent acquisition, retention, and performance management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive revenue, enhance service quality, and maintain market relevance.
- Champion ethical conduct and uphold the company's core values in all interactions and decision-making.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- Matriculation certificate.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a relevant sales leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing and engaging with executives, senior managers, and staff.
- Established presence or extensive experience as a Regional Manager or senior Dealer Consultant within the Inland Region, with a strong network of dealer relationships.
- Strong sales acumen and a demonstrable track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a history of successful team management.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in previous roles.
- Financial acumen and commercial astuteness.
