Regional Sales Manager - Vehicle Value-Add Products | R720K CTC | Bryanston | Full-Time An established provider in the automotive financial services sector is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth through its dealer network in the Bryanston region. The successful candidate will lead a team of Dealer Sales Consultants, manage key stakeholder relationships, and deliver on aggressive regional sales targets in line with national strategic objectives. This is a full-time, onsite leadership role based in Bryanston. ?? Key Responsibilities: Drive growth of the dealer partner network across the designated region Lead, develop and manage the regional sales team, including performance and succession planning Execute strategic initiatives in alignment with national sales goals Develop and maintain strong relationships with motor dealers and key decision-makers Ensure compliance with industry regulations and corporate governance standards Forecast and manage regional sales performance, budgets, and targets Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional opportunities Conduct regular dealer visits, audits, and performance reviews Champion customer service excellence and cross-functional collaboration Provide reporting and analysis on regional performance to senior leadership ?? Requirements: Matric (Post-Matric qualification advantageous) At least 7 years' experience in a relevant sales leadership role Strong knowledge of vehicle warranties, service plans, and related value-added products Proven leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams Established network within the Inland Region's dealer environment Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Strong commercial acumen and ability to align sales execution with broader business strategy ??
