About the position
Regional Sales Lead As a Regional Sales Lead, your primary role is to drive sales growth and profitability within your assigned region. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and leading a team to achieve targets. Your focus will be on maximizing revenue, expanding customer footprint, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to identify market trends, assess competitive threats, and develop plans to capitalise on opportunities. Duties and Key Areas of Responsibility ? Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the region. ? Business Management/Project Management/Sales Degree or equivalent. ? Analytical mindset: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective strategies.

? Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
? Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
? Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and IT to drive sales initiatives.
? Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends within the region.
? Drive the customer acquisition process.
? Demonstrate commercial competence, and increase customer utilization of both existing and new corridors.
? Travel to relevant territories to manage team output and customer engagements.
? Additional courses in relevant fields will be advantageous
? Valid Driver's License and Passport.
? Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position
? Previous experience in a customer and/or consumer focused role.
? Experience in transport industry advantageous
? Strong leadership skills: Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
? Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
