About the position

A leading fashion and retail business is looking for a Regional Sales and Merchandising Manager to drive regional sales performance, strengthen store execution, and ensure exceptional merchandising standards across multiple locations.

????????????????????????:
? Matric / Grade 12.
? Relevant qualification in Retail Management, Fashion, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field would be advantageous.
? 5+ years' experience in retail management, regional management, sales, or merchandising.
? Proven experience managing multiple stores or locations.
? Strong understanding of fashion retail, sales, stock management, and visual merchandising.
? Experience managing and developing teams.
? Strong commercial and analytical skills.
? Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
? Willingness to travel regularly.
? Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
