Regional Portfolio Manager at Ability Executive Recruitment

About the position

This role will oversee a substantial property management portfolio, provide strategic leadership to regional teams, strengthen client relationships, and drive the operational and commercial performance of the regional business.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Regional Leadership
  
• Lead and mentor leasing agents, portfolio managers, and property administrators
  
• Build a high-performance team culture
  
• Strengthen staff capability and accountability
  

Client & Portfolio Management

• Maintain strong relationships with landlords and asset managers
  
• Ensure high-quality property management across the portfolio
  
• Support complex portfolio and client matters
  
• Commercial & Financial Accountability
  
• Manage regional profitability and financial performance
  
• Monitor income, expenditure, and operational efficiency
  
• Oversee key portfolio indicators including vacancies, arrears, and budgets
  

Business Growth

• Identify opportunities to expand the regional portfolio
  
• Support new business development
  
• Strengthen the regional market presence of the company
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ senior property management experience
  
• Proven experience managing large property portfolios and teams
  
• Degree in Property Studies or related discipline
  
• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC)
  
• Experience with property management systems
  
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability
