About the position

To manage all operational activities for the specified region's FMCG retail and wholesale syndicated sales and merchandising services, ensuring that sales and merchandising standards are consistently met to optimise client product availability and representation in retail and wholesale outlets. The role will focus on driving consistent operational excellence, improving efficiency, maintaining high standards across synergised service operations and supporting the company's growth and profitability objectives.

Planning and Organising: Ability to establish a course of action for self or others to accomplish a specific goal through effective planning, appropriate assignment of personnel and appropriate allocation of other resources.
Operational Excellence: In-depth understanding of operational processes and best practices in the FMCG sector and wholesale and retail environment.
Analysis: Proficiency in analysing data and making data-driven decisions. Communication: Ability to communicate in both verbal and written formats.
Problem-Solving: Ability to address operational challenges and effective implement solutions.
Flexibility: Adaptability to manage changing market conditions and operational demands.
Customer Orientation: Commitment to meeting and exceeding client and customer expectations

Minimum Educational Requirements Diploma in business administration, Operations Management, or equivalent qualification
Minimum Experience Requirements
3 years of experience in operations within the FMCG sector, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, sales, and merchandising excellence in a complex, fast-paced environment.
