Regional Manager – Property Management at Ability Executive Recruitment

About the position

The role will provide leadership across the regional property portfolio, strengthen operational performance, support regional teams, and maintain strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders.


Regional Leadership

• Lead and mentor property management teams
  
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
  
• Support staff development and operational excellence
  

Client & Portfolio Management

• Maintain strong relationships with landlords and asset managers
  
• Ensure consistent service delivery across the portfolio
  
• Support complex client and portfolio matters
  
• Commercial & Financial Accountability
  
• Monitor regional financial performance
  
• Manage budgets, expenditure, and operational efficiency
  
• Oversee vacancies, arrears, and portfolio performance indicators
  

Business Growth

• Identify opportunities to grow the Western Cape portfolio
  
• Strengthen market relationships and client engagement
  
• Support the continued expansion of the Company's regional platform
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ senior property management experience
  
• Experience managing large property portfolios and teams
  
• Degree in Property Studies or related discipline
  
• Valid FFC
  
• Property system experience
  
• Strong communication and leadership capability
