Regional Manager (Printing Services)

About the position

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of operations, sales, and profitability within the assigned region.
• Ensuring the successful implementation of national strategies
• Managing all branch staff
• Maintaining optimal stock levels
• Fostering strong relationships with key customers and resellers
• Expanding market share and geographic coverage in the region.
• Identifying and maximizing regional opportunities
• Ensuring staff performance aligns with KPIs
• Achieving regional profit and loss targets

Key Competencies and Skills:

• Proven experience in regional or branch management, with a strong focus on sales and operational leadership.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and analyzing profit and loss statements.
• In-depth understanding of stock and inventory management principles.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with key accounts and reseller partners.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align regional activities with national objectives.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and using insights to drive performance improvements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in regional management or a similar leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
• Experience in managing warehousing, inventory, and partner reseller programs.
• Familiarity with the print, auto ID, and office products sectors is an advantage.
