About the position
POSITION OPEN TO ALL APPLICANTS
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of operations, sales, and profitability within the assigned region.
- Ensuring the successful implementation of national strategies
- Managing all branch staff
- Maintaining optimal stock levels
- Fostering strong relationships with key customers and resellers
- Expanding market share and geographic coverage in the region.
- Identifying and maximizing regional opportunities
- Ensuring staff performance aligns with KPIs
- Achieving regional profit and loss targets
Key Competencies and Skills:
- Proven experience in regional or branch management, with a strong focus on sales and operational leadership.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and analyzing profit and loss statements.
- In-depth understanding of stock and inventory management principles.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with key accounts and reseller partners.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align regional activities with national objectives.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and using insights to drive performance improvements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in regional management or a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience in managing warehousing, inventory, and partner reseller programs.
- Familiarity with the print, auto ID, and office products sectors is an advantage.
