What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll take full ownership of the African region's P&L, driving commercial success and brand growth across direct and distributor-led markets. Your work will range from defining and executing regional strategy to overseeing warehousing, logistics, and customer service. You'll partner with key retailers, distributors, and global stakeholders to expand market presence, build innovative distribution models, and ensure flawless execution across retail and digital channels. At the same time, you'll coach and develop your teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. What you'll need You bring your business related degree plus more than 10 years of progressive leadership experience in FMCG / consumer goods industry. With a proven record of managing diverse markets, you're comfortable leading both distributor networks and direct teams. You'll have solid P&L and operational management expertise, including logistics and warehousing, alongside deep knowledge of African markets. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills are essential, and while English fluency is a must, French would be an advantage.
