About the position

DBN000079 – Refrigeration Technician –  PMB KZN

Purpose of the job:
Toensure the safe, reliable & efficient operation, maintenance & repair of industrial refrigeration systems that use ammonia as a refrigerant.

Required Qualifications

  • Trade tested in refrigeration mechanic industrial
  • SAQCC - Valid CAT B6, B7, B8 licence in refrigeration ammonia, freon, carbon dioxide
  • 5 years upwards after trade tested in ammonia, freon refrigeration and electrical

Technical Competencies and responsibilities

  • Attending to all breakdowns, servicing & maintenance
  • Dealing with customers
  • Providing daily feedback
  • Managing paperwork
