About the position

Role Description:

• Repair All type of refrigeration plants, Hot cases and electrical repairs.
• Strong fault-finding skills on Refrigeration plants on site and remotely.
• Strong fault-finding skills on electrical boards
• Install refrigeration plants
• Commission refrigeration plant, monitoring system etc
• Communicate any extra work required on site.
• Control and manage on site stock
• General Continuous improvement.

Skills requirements

• Refrigeration mechanic experience in Supermarket refrigeration and various control systems
• Technical Problem solving
• Technical ability
• Responsibility and self-starter
• Computer literature
• Communication

• Wt: 15% - Stock control
• Wt: 15% - On site time management
• Wt: 15% - Quality control
• Wt: 15% - Overall customer satisfaction

• Wt: 10% - Repairs reports/snags
• Wt: 10% - Communication (internal & external)
• Wt: 10% - Customer relationships
