Refrigeration Estimator & Administrator
Location: Alberton (Tulisa Park, East Rand)

The Opportunity
An established and respected refrigeration and insulated structures business is looking to appoint a Refrigeration Estimator & Administrator to support its sales, projects, and services teams.
This role is suited to a technically minded professional who enjoys costing, quoting, coordination, and detail-driven work within a fast-paced technical environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing accurate quotations for refrigeration systems, cabinets, insulated panels, labour, and logistics
- Managing pricing and quote requests for the sales team, ensuring fast turnaround times
- Reviewing technical drawings and compiling detailed cost estimates
- Creating Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Variation Orders and coordinating handover to the factory
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and the factory to ensure timelines and delivery commitments are met
- Supporting project and service managers with estimation and administrative coordination
- Following up on supplier orders and assisting with logistics where required
- Maintaining project documentation and files
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in estimating, quoting, or technical administration within refrigeration, HVAC, construction, or engineering environments
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to interpret drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (essential)
- Syspro experience (advantageous)
- AutoCAD exposure and refrigeration system knowledge (advantageous)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communicator who works well across sales, projects, suppliers, and factory teams
