About the position

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join a fast-paced organisation and take responsibility for delivering quality talent across a range of roles.


The successful candidate will manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening through to interviews, offers and onboarding, while building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.



RequirementsKey Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple vacancies.
  
• Source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals and other relevant channels.
  
• Screen and shortlist candidates against role requirements.
  
• Conduct candidate interviews and provide suitable recommendations to hiring managers.
  
• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process through to offer and onboarding.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements and timelines.
  
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates on vacancies.
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Assist with improving sourcing and recruitment processes where required.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  
• Retail or similar high-volume, customer-focused industry experience is required.
  
• Experience recruiting for both Head Office and Store-based positions would be an advantage.
  
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  
• Strong sourcing, screening and interviewing skills.
  
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment deadlines.
  
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
  
• Proficiency in LinkedIn and recruitment/job-board platforms.
  

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 required.
  
• A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Recruitment, Business Administration or a related field would be advantageous.
