What You'll Be Doing:

• Source top candidates actively via professional platforms like LinkedIn and PNet.
• Screen received CVs carefully against specific active client job specifications.
• Conduct initial telephonic and virtual candidate interviews confidently and professionally.
• Perform comprehensive reference checks and vital background verifications securely.
• Draft clear candidate summaries and professional profile overviews for clients.

Required Qualifications:

• You strictly need a completed Bachelor of Commerce or Human Resources degree.

Required Experience:

• previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment would be preferable.
• You need a proven ability to meet strict daily deadlines.
• You must show a proven history of handling high-volume administrative tasks accurately.
• You need proven experience using professional social media for active research.
