About the position
We are looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Graduate to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build a career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle.
You will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates, while learning the fundamentals of client service, compliance, and talent management within a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in advertising vacancies, screening CVs, and shortlisting candidates.
- Conduct telephonic or virtual interviews and prepare candidate profiles.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with background checks and reference verification.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and clients.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing documents and communicating with new hires.
- Work closely with senior recruiters to understand client needs and industry requirements.
- Ensure accurate data capturing and compliance with POPIA and company processes.
- Participate in team meetings, recruitment campaigns, and internal projects.
Requirements
- A completed Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Passion for recruitment and making a social impact.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A self-starter who is eager to learn, take initiative, and grow
