About the position
The Recruitment Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality candidates to meet the organization's hiring needs. This role involves managing recruitment strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, and leading a team of recruiters.
Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personality
- A bachelor’s degree /Human Resources Management, Business Administration
- In addition to formal education, practical experience in recruitment or talent acquisition and strong interpersonal skills are highly valued
- Working knowledge of social media platforms is key (Linked In, Facebook, Twitter) and online job portals is mandatory.
- 8 years of IT/ Technical Role Types within the Industry experience is essential with at least 2/3 years’ experience in a managerial role.
- Understanding of the Recruitment Process/Lifecycle.
- Knowledge or worked with Placement Partner, MIE, career Junction, Pnet applications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential.
- Strong people skills and ability to form and maintain healthy relationships.
- Manage a team of Recruiters, Process and Technology.
- Sourcing and filling the positions
- Able to Head hunt, work in a fast paced environment with strong sales and negotiation skills
- Display a positive and friendly outlook when dealing with peers and clients.
- Outgoing personality and confident in dealing with people and senior management.
- Forward thinking and creative with the ability to formulate and present ideas.
- Capable of hands-on problem solving with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
- A positive and structured approach to researching and analysing brand building opportunities.
- Ability to use own initiative and attention to detail.
- Ability to cope with competing demands, to prioritize tasks and to deliver on time. Ability to multi-task is essential.
- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, verbal, email, telephone and presentation.
