About Us: Titanium Talent specializes in IT Recruitment within South Africa. We are a rapidly growing company on the hunt for a strong Recruitment Delivery Manager who is target-driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to be successful.

Role Overview: The Recruitment Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality candidates to meet the organization's hiring needs. This role involves managing recruitment strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, and leading a team of recruiters.

Responsibilities:
A bachelor's degree /Human Resources Management, Business Administration
In addition to formal education, practical experience in recruitment or talent acquisition and strong interpersonal skills are highly valued
Working knowledge of social media platforms is key (Linked In, Facebook, Twitter) and online job portals is mandatory.
8 years of IT/ Technical Role Types within the Industry experience is essential with at least 2/3 years' experience in a managerial role.
Understanding of the Recruitment Process/Lifecycle.
Coordinate and manage the full end to end Recruitment Process within the Departments.
To successfully assist recruiters with finding, assessing, and recruiting the right IT candidates for our clients and to attract top talent.
Manage the advertising of positions on various portals.
