About the position
We’re looking for an ambitious and people-driven individual to join our recruitment team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. If you're looking to switch careers, this is an exciting opportunity to build a career in a fast-paced, rewarding industry. Full training will be provided. This position is office based in Bedfordview.
Minimum of 5 - 8 years working experience is required in either Internal Sales or a PA / Secretarial function
Stable track record is essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and master the end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews with potential candidates
- Assist in matching candidates to client vacancies
- Maintain accurate candidate records
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
- Support consultants and managers with admin, interviews, and client meetings
