We are EXPANDING, and are on the lookout for a Multitalented Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving team!
As a dynamic and results-driven team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and placements.
This role requires strong communication skills, an ability to build relationships, and a keen understanding of talent acquisition strategies.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through client outreach and networking 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process
• Stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house) Advantageous 
• Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Minimum Matric Required
• Driver's License and Own Vehicle (Non-Negotiable)
